Why Am I Having Blood In Toilet Paper After Urination?

Hi, i have noticed blood on toilet paper after urinating, there is no blood in the toilet bowl, just when i wipe. There is no pain when I urinate but i have stomach cramps and back pain. I did think this was a period but I have been wearing a liner and it has no blood on it. I have the implanon implant in, it is due to be removed in October and I have not had a period since getting it in. Can you help?

Hello! Thank you for writing! How long is this happening? Have you other signs? If you think that this comes out from the urine, also you refer back pain you can do an urinanalysis and see a doctor to figure it out if it comes from the urinary tract, small stones can give blood in urine. Better visit a doctor. Best regards.
