The pain in back of thigh may be due to compression of nerve in back as during pregnancy there is postural change. The pain is due to compression of sciatic nerve and the remedy is rest. Please consult your Gynaecologist for examination and she will advise you some treatment if need arises.

General & Family Physician Dr. Jitender Chauhan's  Response
Hello. Welcome to healthcaremagic. The symptoms you have described are because of compression of nerves in your spinal column occuring due to the change in posture as an effect of pregnancy. The remedy to your problem is rest and postural control. Symptoms will resolve by themselves after completion of your pregnancy. You may take pain killers under the guidance of your doctor.
Wish you good health.
