OK! I am a 74 year old person who has had 2 invasive back surgeries. They put a titanium cage, with rods and screws in August of 2005, then again a surgery to fix a part on the right side. This was in August, 2007. I have had this chronic pain for 10 years, and everything tried, such as epidurals, Ablations, Rhizotomies, and doctors who want to go back in and remove the metal. I have severe pain and found out they are giving me 5mg of Oxycodone/Acetaminophen 5-325 mg. I have also found out about the serious side effects of Acetamophens as I was taken last Oct. 2012 to ER where they cauterized a bleeding ulcer and did a great job. What I m getting to is I read about the new Zohydro ER prescription and don t know where to find it here in Pueblo, CO. It s just that I m so sick and tired of being in this severe, chronic pain. It is always with me and Doctors are afraid to give me more than 3 a day which doesn t cut it. Can you advise me where to go from here? Your professionall input could would be most promising now.
