Hello dear
Understand your concern
Surgical abortion should be done by experienced gynecologist under aseptic condition after USG scan that confirm the nature of pregnancy. (Intrauterine or ectopic pregnancy). Chance of incomplete abortion is less in surgical abortion. Incomplete abortion should be confirmed by USG scan and should be treated by misoprostol or D & C.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
