Dear zeeshan helllo I am dr Ravinder Sharma On the basis of info provided It appears that you are having either infection in our ear (otitis externa)- it may be bacterial of fungal infection . OR itis dueto a condition of middle ear -- secretory otitis media or eustachian tube block or acue otitis media. I would suggest you a complete clinical examination by a ENT surgeon asd once the right cause is identified we can think of treatment. I hope this answers your concern. Do let me know if I can hep u further with regards Ravinder Sharma

ENT Specialist Dr. S K Pratinidhi's  Response
Hi welcome to Health care magic forum,

Pain in ear called otalgia . It could be due to external otitis or a referred otalgia.

Fungal infection or otomycosis unlikly to cause pain but secondary infection cause external ottitis.

Referred otalgia may origin from Temporal mandibular joint, cervical spine or oropharyngeal area.

You continue the medication prescribed by your doctor for a week and if doesn't subside then see an ENT specialist for further investigation.

regards.
