General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I advise to take tab. misoprostol, which is an early abortion medication. Following which heavy prolonged bleeding can occur for 2 weeks. Also, do a USG pelvis to rule out retained products if any. The next menstrual cycle will be delayed by 1-2 weeks,. Also consult your gynaecologist for further assistance.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
