hi my name is sara i am a teacher i had sex with my boyfriend last 21th march and my period date was 6 every month this month i ve,t periot when i check my urine test then my test positive i,m pregnant .please could u tell me which tablet i can take for clear my Pregnancy.

You can use gynecologist prescribed abortion kit after USG scan that check the intrauterine pregnancy and exact gestational age of pregnancy.
It should be used under observation of gynecologist for successful abortion.
Do not try abortion pill at home as self medication as it cause complication like excessive bleeding, severe cramp, infections, abnormal development of pregnancy in failure of abortion that require surgery and can not be cure at home.
Procedure of abortion:
Day 1: Tablet 600 mg mifepristone orally after food
Day 3: Tablet 400 ug misoprostol should be put high in the vagina by gynecologist. If needed, another 400 ug should be given after 4 hour.
Day 7: Follow up visit
Day 14: USG scan should be done to confirm incomplete abortion for safe practice.
Rest for 48 hour, meftal saps, antibiotic and proper pelvic hygiene should be advisable.
Use safe sex practice in future to avoid unwanted pregnancy.
