Hello,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic. It is very rare for menstrual cycles to become irregular even 1 year after the cesarean section. Usually after lactational amenorrhea , it comes back to normal and regularized after the first two cycles. The cause of irregular periods could be due to hormonal imbalance, stress, chronic illness, polycystic ovarian disease, breast feeding, thyroid gland disorders or diseases, pituitary gland tumors or cyst, galactorrhea, prolactinomas etc. You should consult a gynecologist and get examined and investigated as soon as possible to know the exact cause of all these episodes.

Hope it helps you. Regards.
