When Is The Right Time For Teething In Children?

hello doctor , my daughter is 8 months 16 days old . What is the right milestone as per her age now?. Teething has not yet started. She rolls from back to stomach , crawls backwards, holds her head firmly . People say that she must begin to sit now. i am confused . Thank you.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, Thanks for asking.
I can understand your concerns.
Yes a child should be able to it alone by at least eight months of age. If she was born premature then we may correct her age and give her more time.
For teething you may not worry till about ten months of age.
I would suggest you get her developmental assessment test done.
I hope I have helped you.
Thank you.
