Hi,

Your doctor has precribed the medicines after consultation. We suggest you to avoid food that causes weight gain eg excessive use of sugar , maida , broiler chicken etc.

Do exercise regularly , walk every day for 30 to 40 minutes. Include methi seeds , coriander in your diet , eat fresh leafy vegetables and fresh fruits , sleep on time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Fatima Clinic
