Whats The Use Of Taxim-O Dry Syrup On Kids?
Dear Dr. I want to know whats the use of Taxim-O Dry Syrup on kids? When i went to India a few months before, the doctor prescribed Taxim-O for my kid [4yrs old] when she had cold fever. She is having cold fever now also - with slight pain in ear. Can i give her Taxim-O? Its not opened yet - and is valid until 2013.

Taxim-O is an antibiotic syrup and can be given in bacterial infection.
you can give this antibiotic syrup as she is having upper respiratory tract infection.
But as expiry date of this syrup is 2013, do not give this syrup.
