Whats Causing Missed Periods, Lower Back Pain, Tiredness, Sleeplessness In An Unpregnant Woman?

Hello ive been feeling rather under the weater the last couple of months. Im female and have missed my last two periods. Didnt think much of it as I run my own business and am a little stressed. But my lower back hurts. Im exhausted all the time I cant sleep or find it very difficult to sleep. I feel sick and dizzy a few hours after I eat and im rather emotional. Ive taken a pregnacy test but its come back negative. Whats wrong with me?

Hello madam, your history is incomplete, you did not mention about your age, and wheather you have any medical disorders like thyroid, your menustral history? Wheather your previous cycles are always regular and only the last 2 cycles are missed.Irregular or delayed periods can occur due to many reasons apart from pregnancy like stress, thyroid disorders, polycystic ovarian syndrome etc.I would suggest you to consult your gynaecologist,as history and an examination may be required to know the cause. If everything seems to be normal, then you may be prescribed medicines for withdrawal bleeding.Hope i was helpful to you.
