Hello,

It seems you are having irritant dermatitis due to retino ac cream. This phenomenon is common after use of retino cream and there is nothing to worry about it.

Chances of exfoliation are more if cream is applied at day time or applied in large amounts .I will advise you to stop this cream for few days. Do not apply any soap and wash your face with only cold water . You can apply a moisturizer like cetaphil cream which will be helpful.

You can restart cream after few days. Apply cream in a small amount and start with washing it after 5 minutes .You can gradually increase this time as per your tolerance. Retino ac cream is advised to apply at night only and strict sun avoidance is advised.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
