Hello Imtiyaz;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
The pain and burning in urine is a symptom of infection in urine;stone in kidney.The report you have written has pus cells of 6-8 which is not very high to be suggestive of infection but the RBCs of 28-30 hpf is real worry because this suggests that you are having bleeding in urine.You need to drink enough of water and need to get investigated by doing Ultrasound and X-ray KUB to find if you have any stone in your kidney or any other renal problem.So please get investigated and treated accordingly.
Thanks

you have symptoms of urinary tract infection ,so get culture & sensitivity done to find the effective medicine.Also get ultrasound done to locate the exact site of infection ,it can be lower or upper urinary tract infection
