What Treatment Is Suggested For Cylindrical Power On Both Eyes?

hello Doctor,I have cylindrical power detected in my both eyes...and with this cylindrical power i have seen that my spherical power is increasing very quickly....so what shud i do for my eyes to get rid of this problem???As i m getting very scary....my email id YYYY@YYYY

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having refractive error with both spherical and cylindrical power. This indicates myopia or hypermetropia which requires spherical lenses with astigmatism which requires treatment by cylindrical lenses.
The treatment is by use of spectacles or contact lenses.
If the refractive error is increasing rapidly, it requires examination to rule out conditions like keratoconus which cause rapid increase in the refractive error.
