HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the cough symptoms then it could be allergic one it can be self limiting may not need any specific treatment in severe allergic condition Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day can be tried if the cough symptoms remains as it is then another cause of this need to be ruled out and for that you have to see the doctor, no need to take any antibiotic without any indication of infection, hope this information helps.
