What To Do If Knee Feels Loose After Falling?
hi My son, 19, jumped down from stoop (about 3 ) and when he landed his ankle twisted but he is having pain in his knee. I told him (RICE) for now and wear a knee brace tomorrow for work. He said it was much more painful last night but he applied ice. Today he said it is better but knee feels loose like it needs to be cracked
