What To Do If Eyes Were Slightly Different In Size After Having Concussion Following A Rough Game?

My son s eyes were slightly different in size this morning, now they appear to be the same size after resting. Both eyes restrict and return to normal size (when I use a flashlight to check dialation)... but th right eye is sensitive to this and no sensitivity with the left eye. He has post concussion syndrome and was cleared in August after 3 months of rest. He played a rough game of football last night and had concussion symptoms today, but the eye s not being equally sensitive has me more concerned. Can you explain what s happening with his eyes?
