What To Do For Pain In Pelvic Area?

I have pretty consistant pain (not severe) on my right pelvic area, just had an ultrasound a couple of weeks ago which came out normal along with a ca125 test which came out ok. a couple of years ago i had my left ovary removed and results were a borderline tumor. Should I be concerned?

The pain in right pelvic area could be due to many reasons viz Appendicitis, infection of the any of the pelvic organ or bone. You need clinical examination and complete history of the problem so the condition could be diagnosed properly.
