Hi,

You need to get further evaluated by a cardiologist and pulmonologist and to run specific tests to rule out respective health problems:
- ECG
- chest X-ray
- cardiac echo
- stress test
- monitor your blood pressure and sugar levels, record the results and pass them to your doctor for further evaluation

Until the tests results are in, you should stop smoking. All the health problems you are experiencing are a "ringing bell" for you to stop smoking as cigarettes are harming your body.

Hope it helped!
