What Causes Pain In Testicles While Smoking?
Hi when ever I smoke I get painful testicls I know for sure the pain is to do with smoking cause when I quit smoking cause im on and off fags the pain all ways goes. I have been and had a scan the results come back normal. But cant under stand why smoking causes the pain

I don't think that smoking can directly be related to pain in testicles. It can be related to any infection of urinary tract. Get further evaluated. Also, inguinal hernia may be a cause of it.
