What Tips Could Be Followed To Reach A Healthier Lifestyle?
I am a 31 year old female with PCOS...I weigh 350 pounds and I find it very hard to lose wight. My question is, Since I am 31 years old do I have time to reverse the damage I have done by being obese my WHOLE life? I do have hight blood pressure, and insuline resistance. I joined a gym and I am learning to eat healthy and stop the emotional eating. I have a very stressful life as a full time teacher, wife, and mother of 4. What are some tips I can use inorder to reach a healthier lifestyle?

It's more difficult to lose weight with the age, but its not impossible. You are still very young, and can do this.
Exercise is good, but it helps only in 30% of the result. The secret of improving eating habits is by substituting and not removing foods. So adding more fruits and vegetables, who have the filling effect, and going for less foods heavy in fat and carbohydrates. Also, eating frequently and little during day so not to allow yourself to be hungry, eating slowly and with a variety of foods, are components that made the success of what you want to achieve more probable and possible to keep the result in time.
