What Symptoms Indicate Eye Sight Problem?
I'm 27 years of age. Last week I've done my eye check up and it says right eye SPH is -0.25, vision 6/6. left eye has-0.50 and 6/6. I couldn't make out what the problem really is. Do i have to wear a specs? does the report say that i have any eye sight problem.? And I feel that my eyes take few seconds to have a clear vision when i try to read.

It seems from the history that you are having refractive error in the form of -0.25 and -0.5 in both the eyes. Yes you have refractive error in the form of myopia.
-0.25 in right eye is very less and this may not require correction by spectacles, but -0.5 in left eye requires correction by the use of spectacles. As you yourself has mentioned that eye takes a few seconds to have clear vision hence you require to use spectacles.
