What Should Be Done To Reduce The Pain During Intercourse?
Well I am havfing problems during intercourse because of pain. It makes me hate the idea of sex and feel that it is not all it is cracked up to be. I have vaginal dryness and I use a lubricant but it is still painful. I have used baby oil in the pass. What should I do? My partner is not very happy with me.
Hi and welcome to HCM. Inadequate lubrication is a physiological sign that a woman is insufficiently sexually aroused. Sexual arousal is both a psychological and physiological response, and women commonly become frustrated when their bodies do not reflect their psychological feelings of arousal. Without proper vaginal lubrication, intercourse can be painful and result in bodily injuries such as chaffing or tearing of the vaginal walls. There are various ways to treat inadequate lubrication 1.use lubricants during sex-such as water based lubricants like KY jelly or Astroglide and also u can try silicone based lubricants. 2.it is important to communicate with your partner, as communication is often the best treatment for arousal disorder. 3.Extending time for foreplay allows the you to become more psychologically and physiologically aroused.
Dont lose confidence. Many women like you has gone through this problem and have successfully dealt with this. If problem still persists, dont hesitate to consult a sex expert. All the best
