Hello lily;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
If there is a cyst it needs to be seen what type of cyst it is.Since it has increased over a period of time it will not resolve on its own and you need to consult a doctor.The best person to give opinion will be your Gynaecologist so consult her and she will advise you regarding the treatment and even if there is any other investigation to be done.Please consult and discuss with your doctor as you may even require a surgery to remove or treat the cyst.
Thanks
