What Relieves The Severe Pain In The Tooth During Pregnancy?

Hi. I am 28 yrs old, 28 weeks pregnant with twins, 5'6" and now 204lbs. I have had a horrible toothache off & on for the past 2 years. I had a root canal done prior to the pain starting on my top teeth and have a minor cavity below it on the bottom. I went to the dentist a year ago for the pain but the Dr. couldn't pinpoint where my pain was coming from and told me it was probably not as a painful as I said and sent me on my way. Obviously I am looking for a new dentist. Anyways, the pain has gotten much worse in the last year and now immediately when my tooth starts to ache I get extreme pain in my chest and upper back between my shoulder blades. These pains always accompany the toothache now. What is causing the chest pain? It has me very concerned....and in a lot of pain!
