General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Could be a muscular-skeletal or pinched nerve. However, we should rule out possible:

- cardiovascular event
- bad teeth
- Labyrinth syndrome

So, better get checked by your caring doctor first and run a series of diagnostic tests before deciding for the best treatment strategy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
