hi, i just aborted at 20th week of pregnancy
what all precautions should i take
after this
the sonography says, that child had cromosomal abnormalties coz of thick nuchal fold, hypopastic nose
was it a good decision that i took to abort the baby?
please suggest

Just based on sonogram, abortion is ill advised.
IF the sonogram has pointers suggestive of a chromosomal anomaly, then it is always better to confirm the diagnosis by amniocentesis.

Meanwhile, avoid conception for atleast 3 months.
Take regular folic acid tablets.
