What Might Be The Lumps On The Right Hip Down To Pubic Region Which Are Not Painful?

I have 2small lumps that have appeared on the inside of my right hip leading down to my pubic region. They seem to maybe be lymph nodes, I had one but now feel two seperate lumps. No pain, and I don t feel ill or haven t been for maybe a year? Any sugestions? Thanks Johnny

I think that are two mayor reasons of these symptoms:
-Infection disease of leg ,cutie,clutches .
-Hernia (inguinal,femoral)
You should go at your physician to do ultrasound of this region ,abdominal ultrasound and blood work.
