Hi,

Welcome to health care magic.

You have mentioned your weight as 48kg. You have not mentioned your height i can not say whether the weight is appropriate for your height or not.

Based on the information given by you and considering you to be underweight i shall advice you.

CYPON syrup contains cyproheptadine which is an appetite stimulant and accelerates weight gain.

Ashwagandha, shatavari and safed musli are age old remedies for weight gain.

Coming to the question whether to take both, i would say that better not to take combined.

Though aswagandha is not known to interact with Cyproheptadine ( Cypon) hnce can be taken together. But interactions between shatavari and safed musli with cyproheptadine is less studied and there is no enough data on this.

If you want to go all natural for for ayurvedic medicines but response would be slow.

CYPON shows quick response. It is up you to decide which one to take. If you want to gain wight quickly go for CYPON.

I again recommend you not to take both ayurvedic and CYpon concomitantly.

Wish you a healthy life.

I say no to take Cypon syrup, who so ever ayurveda consultant prescribed medicine consult him about what is the probable cause of low body weight. If you are doing self medication please stop.
To prescribe right Ayurveda medicine or herbs, correct diagosis required.
