It is perfectly normal to get mood swings during pregnancy. It is basically your hormones playing havoc. Keep yourself occupied with good happy thoughts. Meditate, listen to good music and read religious books. Go for walks in gardens or Malls . Do window shopping and read baby books. DO NOT read unnecessary stuff about pregnancy on the net ! It can get very depressing if you bump into information about problems during pregnancy, then you start imagining everything bad will happen to you !! If you are a working women continue working with some modifications unless there is a medical reason for you to take it easy. Hope this helps !
