If it is a long standing check to rule out diabetes;or any other major illness.Get blood investigation like CBC;ESR;BLOOD SUGAR;BLOOD CULTURE;to find the reason of infection.
Also do culture & sensitivity of the pus coming to get a idea as to which antibiotic will work nicely & will cure you. Please consult a doctor to go ahead for this treatment.

if there is an infection persisting for such long period of time, i assume it must be something systemic. You sure you not diabetic, or in any other immunocompromised state.Pl confirm. And being on longterm antibiotics, unless prescribed by a physician for particular pathology, is all the more going to make you resistant.Get your blood tests done, which also needs to find out status of viral markers, any autoimmune disorders
