Hello Welcome in H.C.M. I have gone through your query regarding treatment of chronic pharyngitis associated with hoarseness of voice. As you said in your clinical history that you are having DNS , which is giving post nasal drip in this way your throat is always getting infection thus ultimately it land up on chronic pharyngitis. In chronic pharyngitis time to time laryngitis appears and give rise to hoarseness of voice. But above is one possibility and one should rule out other causes of hoarseness of voice like vocal nodule, vocal polyp, Granulation on vocal cords and even growth on cord.
