Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic forum
Please mention your age and details of your complaints , also your blood pressure and Creatinine values.
If the loss of kidney function is severe , a transplant is indicated, which is the last resort.
If the loss of function and symptoms are not mild/moderate medicine along with dialysis (if needed) is the treatment.
Takecare.
