Yes just curious, been having pain in upper back and spasm and some burning.MRI of Thorasic was neg.

Hi,
As mentioned pain started after carrying baggage and MRI reveled no gross abnormality so probably it could be due to muscle spasm but the correct diagnosis can be made after examination n investigations.
In my opinion you just need to take some analgesic with muscle relaxant n ppi, psychotherapy and warm compression (as cold compressing is taken for acute condition). If pain persists even after 2 weeks or aggravated then consult orthopaedic clinic .

Thanks n regards
