What Is The Treatment For Shortness Of Breath, Chest Tightness And Pressure?

For 5 weeks I have experienced daily shortness of breath, chest tightness & pressure especially upon any exertion or lifting something heavy. I have a history of anxiety, recently had an EKG (normal result), thyroid hormone tested (normal-I currently take 50mcg of synthroid) and my blood glucose was 81. when I visit my family DR on Friday, what tests should she recommend? I also suffer from fibromyalgia pain, hip pain, and chronic fatigue. I m starting to feel like a hypochondriac. HELP!

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that youhave some minor health problem, and it is not diagnised. It could be anemia, or some chest problem like eosinophelia.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.you may have to go for tests like, Hb, D.C, E.S.R, A.E.C, besides other routine tests for diagnosis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to improve the blood, and resistance against the infections.
Don't worry it is not a hypochondriac state.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
