What Is The Treatment For Severe Headache?

Hello, I am 47 yrs old, a female, with no high blood pressure nor any serious health problems. I take fish oil daily, drink lots of water but never exercise. I have a severe headache on the right side of my head. Its throbbing and nothing really takes it away.It is exactly 3 1/2 inches above my right ear and is quite severe. What could it be? An aneurysm, a stroke?
