Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you have collapse of L 3 vertebra. But if it was due to injury then it is likly to cause no problem after healing. Healing probably will take place in 3 months. If it is due other reason then it requires diagnosis, may be required MRI scan and treatment according. Its treatment assuming injury is rest for nearly 1.5 months and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
