I would advise you the following: Since you have no insurance, job or money, you still have to take the treatment as the problem may enhance. Hence at least at the moment take strict bed rest in the lying down position on a flat surface without any cushioning. Take the OTC PPI like Omeprazole and painkiller with anti-inflammatory properties like Ibuprofen in a full dose as per your weight and at least three time a day. Then whenever possible go to the Neurosurgeon or Orthopedic surgeon to get a clinical evaluation, diagnosis, MRI and further management done to get a cure as you are too young to have such a problems to avoid the crippling adulthood.
