Suggest Treatment For Testicular Pain

I am Priyobrata from Kolkata, 1 months urologist testicular pain. USG report : bilateral epididymal cysts. so i consult a doctor about my problem,and he prescribe me Tab Niftas after taking the medicine one months. but since 20 days i am facing the same problem of testicular pain... so sir please suggest me what shall i do to stop my problem...

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain in the testes for 1 month.
You got your ultrasonography done which shows bilateral cysts of epididymis. You had consulted the Urologist who has asked you to take Tab Niftas but the pain is persistent.

I would advise you the following:
You have to get all the things re-evaluated.
Take a second opinion.
Repeat Ultrasonography and color doppler.
Tests of urine and semen for routine and culture and sensitivity.
Tests of blood.
USG of the abdomen, particularly for genito-urinary system to see any changes.
Epididymal cysts do not cause much pain, hence there is possibility of epididymitis.
Long term antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines are required. IF these are not amenable, not effective, and if you have completed the family, there is a chance that removal of chronic epididymis is also an option.
