What Causes Sharp Pains On Bottom Of The Heels?

i am having sharp pains on the bottom of my heel. no injuries, i thought i had bruised it but it has been 2 weeks and the pain in starting to get worse the longer i am on my feet. if i step just right it will cause me to catch my breath because of the pain

Hi,

Sharp pain on bottom of the heels is due to calcaneum spur. You need to check X-ray foot lateral view. Till then, do under water exercises. Wear MCR slippers. Avoid bare foot walking. Continue slippers or shoe always while walking. For the pain, apply ice packs.
