What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Leg And Groin Area?

I am 53years old, vegetarian, I have diabetes treated with metforming(glucophage) 2 pills 500mg twice a day, w=180 pounds and h=5ft. 6 in. Suffer in the past months of pain in my right leg from the groin shooting down my thigh. been treated by physiatrist, physical thereapy, gyn, orthopedic dr. internal medicine dr and surgeon and no answer yet to pain in leg. I have suffer in the past months of december of omphalitis and since it is so painful I thought it was the cause of the leg/groin pain but omphalitis has not come back since january.
