What Is The Treatment For Ovarian Cyst?
I had a ultrasound pelvis complete with transvaginal and they found a relatively anechoic simple appearing cyst on my right ovary measuring 2.0x1.2x1.1 cm and then a complex follicle with low-level echoes on my left ovary measuring 1.3x1.2x1.1 cm. I went today and had another transvaginal ultrasound done today and there was nothing on my my left ovary but I still have a cyst on my right, dont know the measurements yet. How serious is it that I have right cyst?

I understand your concern
You have simple cyst on the right side of the ovary.
You have to take proper treatment under the advice of the gynecologist with regular follow up.
You have to take oral contraceptive pill or progesterone pill for 4-6 months.
It will help in the resolution of the cyst.
But if you have abdominal pain, bleeding and bloating like symptoms in feature then immediately consult the gynecologist.
But at present take birth control pill with regular follow up.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet with more fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
