Welcome to HCM!
I have read your question carefully and can tell from my clinical experince that the basis of your pains, pins and needle sensation, sleep problems-- it is only
anxiety most possibily.
I also think that you take beer to calm your nerves. If so, please stop it as when the blood levels of beer go down, the anxiety comes back with greater intensity. Ok.
For anxiety, ( if you are non- hypertensive, non- diabetic) , I have seen venalafaxine, or
paroxetine, working great in almost all cases.
This should be taken for at least few months continuously and then tapered down and stopped finanly.
For severe acute panic attacks of extreme anxiety,
etizolam is effective.
You need to check why you are having
headaches, as anxiety usually does not cause such severe headaches in most people. it can be related to beer consumption. For finding the exact cause you should visit a doctor and get tests done, like--- routine
blood test done, blood pressure, along with
thyroid levels and stop/ cut down beer for better results.
Voveran 50- 100 mg is effective in my patients for such headaches.
drink more water, sips every few minutes, all day long, this will help to keep your body hydrated and reduce headache and anxiety as well.
Hope the reply is helpful
