What Is The Treatment For Fever When Suffering From Third Degree Burns?

She was having fever since 20-22 days. After three days of fever, she got hot boiling water spill on her body and got third degree burns and after that she has fever and high tlc count and series of antibiotics could not stop her fever. She had fever and get Panadol and fever goes, but after few hours it comes back again. All the blood tests does not show any disease like typhoid etc., pls help me what to do next.

The treating the underlying cause is the only option there, I would advise for the culture sensitivity of the pus this is the only way to select the right antibiotic, otherwise giving antipyretic on and often may be dangerous, I hope this answer would be helpful to you take care of patient and have nice day.
