What Is The Treatment For Dizziness, Fatigue, Nausea, Chest Tightness And Racing Pulse?

Hi My 28 year old daughter has been experiencing dizziness, all day fatigue, nausea, dry reaching when she eats, room spins when she stands up or bends over, chest tightness and racing pulse at times. We have tried MRI's, physio, dry needling, she has been admitted to hospital and had many, many blood tests and they can't find any reason for her symptoms. I don't know what to do now to help her. She wants to get back to work, she is miserable as all she can do is sleep. This is not like her, she was a 6 day a week gym junkie and now she is so unwell.
