What Is The Treatment For Constipation?
Hi, My age is 30 yrs, Females, Height is 5.2' and Weight is 64 kgs. From past month or so, I've been having problem and lot of pain while passing stool. Had constipation. Mydoc told me I've anal fissure and suggested me to take Ceff 500 for five days, twice a day> Please help..

Well come to HCM
The constipation is not the disease that can be treated but this is condition and this can be managed with, drinking more water, have a lot of fiber diet, keep the regular habit of toilet even if you do not want to go in, still go in and sit there, for a while no matter if you do not pass the stool, do not apply the force, hope this helps.
