Hi and welcome to HCM
Since you have mentioned your irregular menstrual cycles, your general complaints seem to be hormone related. You havent mentioned any other illnesses or medication you are on.
I would advise you firstly to visit a gynaecologist and rule out any hormonal disorders and the underlying cause for your menstrual irregularity. They may also refer you to an endocrinologist to rule out thyroid disorders and other hormonal causes, as they can cause weakness, tiredness, irregular cycles, dry and fragile skin, hair fall, swelling etc. Also anemia needs to be ruled out.
blood tests can reveal any bleeding disorders or cause for bruising, though it is most probably related to the above symptoms.
Do consult the specialist as advised, at the earliest.
You may use thrombophob ointment over the bruises.
Hope this helps.
