What Is The Treatment For Acne?

After i masturbate i always get hard acne on my face, my skin feels looser, and is usually more irritated. Yes, im sure it is because of masturbating. I have cut out bad foods and went on strict diets while continuing masturbation and it doesn't reduce or clear my acne away. I used to masturbate a lot like 10 times a week. Im 18 now and i barely masturbate once a week and my skin is somewhat clearer except for the two or three days after i masturbate. Many people say masturbation doesn't have an effect on acne (i think because they just dont want to stop) but for me at least it is a problem. I have tried everything what can i do?

Hi,

I can understand your concern for pimples on your face. Acne or pimples are youth related problem and is not a disease per say.

A gel containing clindamycin phosphate 1.2% w/w and tretinoin gel can be very helpful to you for long term. The only precaution you should follow is to apply the cream in very thin layer and that too over affected area only.

In your kind of acne the best treatment is by isotretinoin capsules under strict dermatological supervision only.

If I were your dermatologist then I would have suggested you to use azelaic acid cream or Kojic acid cream or glycolic acid cream or licorice extract or arbutine creams at night time in guidance of dermatologist.

The most important part is to use a sunscreen regularly in open environment and on exposure to sun.

Take a proper guidance and follow up with a good dermatologist so that all the problem can be dealt best for future time.
