Suggest Treatment For Painful, Itchy Cystic Acne
Iam robin . I am a 24 years old .I have lot of cystic acne in my face. I have been taken by the treatment for 1 month oral and topical treatment . But the acne should be increase not decrease. After the skin doctor was done it for chemical peeling treatment. He was put it for directly salicylic acid in my face..afterthat treatment my acne was irritating. Any immediate cure treatment for Cystic acnePlease help me. I am mentally disturbed.
Now i am going to another doctor. He will give me for acne star soap and acne stargel oinment and some vitamin A capsules . But my acne was itching and pain . What can i do.

I can understand your concern for painful cystic acne.
In your kind of cases I prefer to give the most appropriate medicine of Isotretinoin. It is considered to be the drug of choice for the large cystic acne.
You can take a proper guidance and follow up with a good dermatologist to take care of the problem better.
It required full blood examination and related examination by a dermatologist before starting this drug which is a vitamin A ester. You can meet a dermatologist and take guidance for the same. If required I also prefer to give oral antibiotics and intralesional therapy with steroid injection.
